Dwayne Whitson, the proud owner of Maple Glenn Farms, has dedicated himself to the nursery business since the late 1980s. Our journey began with growing evergreens, and as our passion for horticulture deepened, we expanded our offerings to include a diverse range of plants. Today, Maple Glenn Farms is a locally owned and family-operated nursery that specializes in Japanese maple trees and grafted conifers, continually enhancing our selection each year to meet the needs of our customers.

The inspiration for our nursery stemmed from my quest for the perfect Japanese maple to incorporate into my landscape design projects. I had a clear vision of the ideal tree, yet I struggled to find specimens that met my standards for health, shape, and canopy. Many trees were available, but they often lacked the vitality and aesthetic appeal I sought. This realization motivated me to cultivate my own Japanese maples, and I am proud to say that we now offer over 40 unique varieties, with new additions each year. Our commitment to quality and beauty ensures that every tree we grow is a thriving complement to any landscape.
